📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication • Develop and sustain a culture of operational excellence that creates value for the customer • Organize, plan, and align resources for day-to-day activities based on customer priorities • Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance management, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions • Make decisions and remove barriers enabling the team to deliver • Cultivate an environment of adherence to procedures and guidelines • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A two or four year degree and/or a minimum of four years of work experience is required • Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus • Understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures would be a plus • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
