• Manage and lead a team of credentialing specialists • Design and implement credentialing policies, workflows, and procedures • Lead projects related to provider credentialing operations • Monitor the credentialing process • Work closely with departments for smooth implementation • Develop and deliver training programs • Prepare and present regular reports • Evaluate and recommend improvements to credentialing process
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field • Five (5) years of experience in managing credentialing operations • Previous leadership experience • Experience with credentialing software systems • Experience with provider data application within Cognizant Facets system
