📋 Description

• The Manager, Ramp Operations will support the Director of NOC & Ramp Operations by focusing on the strategic and operational aspects of ramp planning across the network. • This role is critical in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing aircraft handling, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations while driving operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in aviation, logistics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. • 5+ years of experience in aviation operations, ramp planning, or ground handling, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong knowledge of FBO operations, ramp management, and industry regulations. • Proven ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and implement process improvements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with time-sensitive responsibilities. • Willingness to travel (50%) as needed to support ramp operations across the network.
