You'll manage Agent of Record (AOR) changes, broker appointments, and RFP processing with precision and care. While you'll initially focus on operational excellence rather than process development, this role offers a clear growth trajectory toward the Senior Broker Operations Specialist position. A successful Broker Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication. This role will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams. • We are building a distributed operations team and encourage all applicants to apply, regardless of location.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, healthcare, or a technical field. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience using Salesforce, Gmail, and Excel. • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail. • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
