Description

• Lead the development and enhancement of benefits enrollment experience • Focus on seamless, scalable, and user-friendly experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer support) • Shape product vision and drive product roadmap • Ensure platform adapts to evolving customer needs • Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback • Develop and manage product roadmap • Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth development • Define and track key metrics to measure product success • Identify and solve complex problems to simplify user experience • Communicate product vision and initiative progress to stakeholders • Define and track key performance metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role in the Benefits, HR, or FinTech industries • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Deep understanding of choice architecture and how it influences users • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Trello) • Familiarity with market research and user testing methodologies • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior product managers • Proven experience collaborating with and supporting sales teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) success, enhance product adoption, and achieve revenue targets
