Requirements

• Successful track record in achieving product line and company goals in high-growth field • Experience in developing products and leading teams in healthcare support, medical safety, or provider network operations • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product development/commercialization including 3 years lifecycle product management or P&L management experience • Demonstrated experience in developing and commercializing complex products in high-growth areas • Ability to translate complex customer, clinical, market, and technical data into clear value propositions • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior functional managers • Track record of building, mentoring, and leading a product management team • Strong people management and influencing skills • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling or data analysis • Excellent communication skills for varied internal and external audiences
