Description
• Lead the development and management of data-driven products within the healthcare domain • Develop and articulate a comprehensive data product strategy aligned with organizational goals • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance healthcare services • Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring data products meet quality and compliance standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high value data products • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements • Stay current on healthcare data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance • Collaborate with data scientists to develop advanced analytics and insights • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
Requirements
• 7+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or business leadership experience with a focus on healthcare data • In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics • Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally
