Description

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes • Evaluate and optimize Workday Learning configurations • Identify, analyze, design, test and implement new solutions • Develop and maintain learning and training performance metrics • Communicate with stakeholders to turn requirements into solutions • Document technical specifications for systems implementation

Requirements

• Experience with Workday Learning required • End-user experience as an internal partner included • Knowledge of downstream integrations to gauge impact of changes • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy • Deep understanding of HR business processes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications required • Workday experience highly preferred
