Description

β€’ WinnCompanies is in search of an energetic and dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to support military housing teams in Alaska, Arizona, and New Mexico. β€’ Responsible for providing recruiting support, executing weekly payroll activities, serving as liaison for leaves of absence, and ensuring new hire onboarding is executed timely. β€’ Offers a pay range of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience; schedule Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM or from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. β€’ Role supports sites in Alaska, Arizona, and New Mexico; recruiting and onboarding experience REQUIRED. β€’ Remote opportunity; applicants accepted until December 31, 2024 at 4:00PM EST.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED equivalent. β€’ 3-5 years of relevant work experience in recruiting and onboarding β€’ Proficiency with computer systems, such as Microsoft Office. β€’ Proficiency with HRIS systems, including Dayforce, HireRight, and Lever. β€’ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. β€’ Experience providing virtual/remote support across various time zones. β€’ Proficiency in relationship building and communication. β€’ Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws across various states. β€’ Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under pressure. β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
