Description

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and values. • Foster employee well-being and engagement through programs, initiatives, and open communication. • Oversee the full recruitment process for internal staff and contract agents, including job descriptions, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. • Focus on hiring contract agents responsible for tracking websites and collecting marketing information to support data-driven strategies. • Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, ensuring compliance and accessibility. • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics, such as recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and engagement levels, to inform leadership decisions. • Streamline and optimize operational team workflows while creating new processes to enhance efficiency. • Oversee employment and contractor agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. • Proven expertise in recruiting for diverse roles, including operational staff and contract positions. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and experience in HR analytics and reporting. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to build and implement HR processes and systems.
