Description
• Ensure accurate information is reported • Analyze & prepare key financial schedules/deliverables for festivals • Month-end close; run project accounting • Manage C3PO workflow/approvals • Manage cash/pex requests • Reconcile cash floats immediately following event • Manage talent payments • Prepare bank and balance sheet account reconciliations • Assist Senior Accountant with various revenue settlements • Create invoices and record corresponding revenues • Maintain accounting files; provide audit support
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 2+ years industry accounting experience (no audit or tax) • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel • Oracle experience a plus • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Self-motivated • Strong analytical/problem solving skills • Ability to travel on occasion
