Description
• The Payroll Specialist assists in the overall functioning of the payroll department. • This individual reports into the Manager, Global Payroll, and the Accounting and Finance team. • The position requires a “hands-on” person who is flexible, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of working experience of processing payroll • Comfortable using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) • Comfortable using Google products (Email, Shared Documents) • Has the ability to analyze payroll data as we are a data driven organization • Familiarity with Ultimate Software (UltiPro) system a plus • Familiarity with ActivPayroll system a plus • Excellent verbal & written communication • Integrity & Discretion • Team oriented working style • Attention to detail • Organizational awareness
