• LivePerson is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to oversee Salesforce performance. • The role involves managing billing processes and supporting business teams to resolve issues. • Requires multitasking in a dynamic environment while meeting strategic goals with minimal guidance.
Requirements
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience of Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Recognition tools. • Zuora and Revpro experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
