Description

• As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our largest and most strategic accounts. • Work closely with Solution Consultants, Sales Executives, and Account Managers to achieve revenue targets. • Architect and Deliver Demonstrations of LivePerson's core platforms. • Develop Sales Strategies alongside sales teams to showcase product integration. • Provide Technical Expertise across various business units within LivePerson. • Understand and relay information about competitors while adhering to ethical guidelines. • Collaborate on responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFTs, and mentor new team members. • Train Sales and Delivery teams on solutions and support customer conferences.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a track record in large enterprise deals. Product Management experience is a plus. • Industry Knowledge: Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, and AI technologies is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus). • Education: A BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields. Self-taught and boot camp experiences are also valued. • Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities. • Technical Aptitude: Strong general tech skills, familiarity with OS, office suites, video/photo editing software, and the latest tech developments. • Bilingual fluency (English / Spanish).
