Description

• Founded in 2018, Middesk redefines business identity verification with modern, digital solutions. • As a Solution Engineer, you will advise U.S. banks and fintechs on regulatory challenges. • You will design and implement tailored solutions to showcase Middesk’s value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and impact revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Solution Engineering or similar technical role in SaaS or B2B technology, preferably financial services, banking, or fintech. • Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, CDD regulations and U.S. compliance standards; experience designing regulatory support solutions. • Expertise in API-based solutions, application stacks, and infrastructure for financial institutions. Proficiency in Python, SQL, JSON files, Webhooks, API integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and automation tools. • Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end sales from initial discovery to implementation, delivering solutions that meet customer objectives and exceed expectations. • Skilled in building relationships and communicating value across technical and executive teams, advocating for customer success. • Comfort in a dynamic early-stage GTM environment with proactive problem-solving and learning approach. • Proven experience in value-based selling, scoping and addressing customer needs while understanding broader business impact.
