• Responsible for new business development • Develop strategic territory plans • Generate account shares by proactively identifying new opportunities • Implement new business and ensure proper communication among all stakeholders • Establish and maintain business relationships with new clients • Conduct thorough needs assessments of prospects • Negotiate pricing and contracts with new clients • Achieve or exceed sales targets as assigned by Manager, Business Development • Perform other related duties as assigned
