We are a growth-stage start-up technology company valued at over $1 billion (a tech unicorn), led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry. • We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Settlement Representative to join our fast-moving Financial Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in enhancing the financial interactions between our Shipper Sales and Carrier Procurement teams, with the aim of reducing Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Your expertise in handling exceptions, managing document workflows, and implementing process improvements will be key to streamlining our operations. With your knack for problem-solving and effective communication, you'll ensure financial transactions are settled accurately and efficiently, reinforcing our commitment to operational excellence. Requirements
• Fluent in English - verbal and written • Industry Knowledge, background in brokerage • General finance or accounting background • Skilled in Excel • Skilled in Google Workspace
