Requirements

• Extensive experience leading projects and teams in software development, owning not only the implementation but also the clarification, scoping, and breakdown of product solutions. • Ideally have strong proficiency and experience in Python and TypeScript (ideally React) for building full-stack SaaS applications in the cloud. • Experience building and running software solutions in the cloud, preferably on AWS, and experience with operational excellence and incident response best practices. • Ability to work independently, drive projects, lead and mentor junior team members, and clarify ambiguity to discover and define customer needs. • Passion for developer tooling, developer experience, and cloud development. • Ideally experience with data platforms and analytics tools to embed user feedback mechanisms and enable data-driven product decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Prior experience contributing to open source projects on Github is a plus.
