• Lodgify is a fast-growing company leading the vacation rental industry with innovative software. • Empowering property owners and managers to manage and market their rental businesses online. • Seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the team fully remote! • Advise customers on using Lodgify software to grow their vacation rental business. • Respond quickly to customer support requests, troubleshoot, and guide customers.

Requirements

• Experience in technical customer support or a similar role. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk. • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
