• Dedicated point of contact maintaining customer relationships • Act as a trusted advisor for portfolio of customers • Own tracking of customer health and engage at-risk customers • Support implementation project management • Share Risk Cloud best practices • Conduct ongoing account management • Provide training resources for Power Users and end users • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experience • Respond to and support customers within the stated SLA

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory • Expertise and Power User certification in LogicGate’s Risk Cloud platform • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts • Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks • Passion for SaaS applications • Great people skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities • A drive to learn and be curious
