• Customer Success: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. • Product Expertise: Become an expert on our products and services. • Performance Optimization: Analyse customer environments and recommend optimizations. • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to drive new business and upsell opportunities. • Reporting and Documentation: Complete Quarterly and Annual Reviews with the customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). • Proven experience as a TAM or in a similar customer-facing technical role. • Strong technical background with knowledge of software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Fluent in Korean and English is required.
