• CAST AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead customer onboarding and renewals. • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and satisfaction. • Drive technical customer success and outcomes through expertise in cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Experience in container orchestration with Kubernetes is highly desirable. • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage. • Located in the East of USA.
