Description

β€’ The Technical Account Manager - CloudHealth is responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements. β€’ Offers product recommendations and runs alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customer. β€’ Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions. β€’ Trains sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provides pre-sales product training. β€’ Keeps up to date with new CloudHealth products updates that are introduced and maintains product certifications. β€’ Prepares technical presentations and CloudHealth trainings to partners on products and solutions β€’ Provides product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs. β€’ Educate end users, partners, inside sales, and other technicians on CloudHealth platform usage and solution.

Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of related experience β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred β€’ Experience with cloud providers is preferred β€’ Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions β€’ Works independently; receives minimal guidance β€’ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience β€’ Contributes to process improvements β€’ Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
