• Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church. • We are looking for an Ecommerce Strategy Manager to define and drive ecommerce strategy. • The role emphasizes data-driven insights to enhance user experience and drive customer retention. • Ideal candidates will have experience with various ecommerce analytics tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2C direct consumer marketing or customer experience organization. • Proven ability to influence teams and drive results within a matrix-managed organization. • Up-to-date knowledge of the A/B testing space, including a strong understanding of testing practices and tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and insights. • Highly organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with exceptional problem-solving abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Ability to communicate test results, including supporting statistical benchmarks, and articulate their relevance to the overall direction of the business. • Advanced proficiency in analytics configuration and reporting, as well as expertise in utilizing data visualization tools. • Proven track record of successfully executing ecommerce transformation initiatives and driving incremental revenue through customer experience improvements
