•Founded in 2017, Lokalise is a cloud-based translation management system that helps businesses streamline their localization processes. •You will drive best practices in frontend development, set technical direction, and ensure we create highly scalable, maintainable, and user-centric applications. •Your expertise will be instrumental in setting the vision for our UI/UX strategy and frontend technology roadmap.
Requirements
•A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Staff or Lead Frontend Engineer or similar senior-level frontend engineering role. •Hands-on technical leadership experience, providing direction and mentorship to frontend teams. •Extensive experience with React for developing rich, interactive web applications. •Strong skills in building and optimizing high-performance, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. •Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern web development techniques and tools. •Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining frontend architectures, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. •Experience in UI/UX design principles. •Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. •Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills.
