📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Loopback's Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings • Create & modify reports, dashboards, layouts, and custom fields to meet business requirements • Generate and QA monthly & quarterly reports from Salesforce for management and board reporting • Build and maintain simple automations using tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits, merging duplicate records, and managing data imports and exports • Provide training & support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices • Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and user guides • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience • Manage the backlog of features and enhancements by working with business users to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain a running backlog • Partner with external consultants to identify, scope, and support implementation of more complex Salesforce development tasks; serve as project management liaison to external consultants • Support sales rep commission planning; manage plans as deals are booked • Own contract management workflows (e.g., digital signatures, document management)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, business, or related discipline • Minimum 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications a plus • Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including creating reports, dashboards, page layouts, and automations and flows • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and database manipulation • Comfortable working with data, analytical, keen attention to detail • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist team members and contribute to team goals • Understanding of the pharmaceutical, clinical pharmacy, or broader healthcare industry a plus
