• We redefine what an earplug should sound, look and feel like. • Here's more about Maarten & Dimitri's founders story: https://www.loopearplugs.com/blogs/blog/the-founders-story • We’re looking for a Freelance International Retail/Key Account Manager who can crack the code and get us listed with the big guns in retail. • Your job? Make sure Loop Earplugs are physically available in stores around the world. • Open doors (and conversations) with major international retailers to get Loop onto their shelves. • Develop and execute a retail strategy that aligns with our global brand vision. • Manage key accounts like a pro – nurturing relationships with top-tier retail partners. • Negotiate deals that put Loop in the best retail spots without compromising on what makes us unique. • Be the driving force behind getting us from “online star” to “in-store sensation.” • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure Loop is as eye-catching on a shelf as it is online.

Requirements

• Experience in international retail sales (bonus points if you’ve got contacts in the right places). • You know how to navigate big retail companies and can handle the “corporate” with a smile and a strategy. • A passion for expanding product visibility and availability – you know exactly where Loop needs to be and how to get us there. • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. • A flair for creativity and problem-solving (we’re not looking for a cookie-cutter sales pitch). • Someone who thrives on seeing their work result in global success.
