📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fitness industry, including gyms, schools, hospitality business - adopting a real hunter mentality. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored quotes and solutions. • Become a product expert and able to answer any potential queries and explain to prospective customers why this is a great solution for them. • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. • Meet and exceed sales targets/ KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Begin to grow a team to work around you!

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales/ business development, fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • A real self-starter and highly proactive in approach. • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings (you will be on the road 3-4 days a week with this role and must have a full UK drivers license and access to your own transport). • Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus.
