Ensure leases align with corporate goals and legal requirements. • Work closely with property management, sales, finance, and operations teams across multiple US markets to ensure smooth execution of leasing strategies and client onboarding. • Monitor leasing performance metrics, manage revenue goals, and report progress to senior management. Analyze financial impacts of leasing activities and recommend adjustments to improve profitability. • Ensure a seamless transition for new tenants, from lease signing through occupancy, providing exceptional client service and attention to detail. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals, ensuring high standards of performance, motivation, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, specifically in data center properties, with a strong understanding of the unique requirements and challenges in this space. • Real Estate License preferred, or the ability to obtain one within a specified period. • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and closing high-value transactions. • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational needs (e.g., power, cooling, connectivity). • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, brokers, and clients. • Solid understanding of real estate financial modeling, including lease structures, pricing, and lease terms. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on results. • Proficiency with CRM software, leasing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
