• Monitor Retention Metrics : Maintain and analyze retention dashboards to track performance and identify trends. • Drive Engagement Strategies : Develop and execute targeted campaigns to boost player engagement and loyalty. • Collaborate on Retention Initiatives : Work closely with the Retention Manager and cross-functional teams to create and refine effective retention strategies. • Leverage Data Insights : Use advanced analytics and machine learning to gain deeper insights and personalize retention efforts for high-value segments. • Optimize Through Testing : Support A/B testing and make data-driven adjustments to continually improve retention outcomes. • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends : Implement best practices and monitor competitor activities to enhance retention performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field may be preferred. • A strong interest in data analysis, customer behavior, and retention strategies. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • A proactive attitude with a passion for solving problems and improving processes. • Fluent knowledge of English, both verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Genuine interest in the iGaming sector. • Awesome to have Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python) would be a solid advantage. • Experience with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques is preferred. • Familiarity with Slack and ClickUP is beneficial. • Prior iGaming experience is ideal.
