Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost management • Proficient in the use of the required functions in Microsoft Office skills • Possess in-depth industry knowledge and apply knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends (Sustainability) to advise on appropriate options and cost implications • Outstanding negotiation skills • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing • Organized and detail oriented
