• Join Everi's dynamic team as a Compensation Analyst III professional! • Key to maximizing our compensation strategies and performance management processes. • Conduct intake sessions, maintain salary databases, perform FLSA evaluations, and generate analytical reports. • Draft job descriptions, partner with senior leaders on performance initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert in performance management. • Strong communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems are essential. • Perfect for those who thrive on attention to detail, organization, and analytical challenges.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in a compensation role including human resources, technical writing, research, or analytics role; industry experience desired. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or combination of education and work experience in a related field required. • Advanced written and oral communication skills with a passion for writing and the ability to effectively communicate compensation and job description topics. • Working knowledge of FLSA exemption testing requirements. • Knowledge of and the ability to research international, federal, state, and local legislation affecting compensation policies. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel with the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and Word with the ability to create and format forms, tables, and documents. • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • Experience with Survey Management Platforms.
