Description

• As a Business Application Analyst, you are responsible for the administration, solution design and delivery, and support for the applications under the Business Applications umbrella. • You'll make sure that the processes needed for a business to function and succeed are running smoothly. • Acting as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues. • Generating documentation and training materials. • Provide support for business users on enterprise level business applications (Microsoft365, PowerPlatform, Teams, SharePoint Online, CRM, GP, etc…). • M365 experience building and configuring with PowerApps, PowerAutomate required. • Excellent communication and comprehension skills a must. • Provide planning and organization on enhancement and upgrade projects. • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions. • Proactively identify improvement opportunities. • Demonstrate ability to quantify results and impact on key performance indicators. • Formulate use cases, process flows and training material on systems and processes. • Support the creation of and/or create test plans and training materials relevant to the project. • Collaborate with resources to ensure all design requirements adequately reflect the defined business processes and fully support all components of the functional business requirements. • Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work with M365 Power Platform, SharePoint Online • Must have experience with requirements analysis interacting with business users to define clear scope, and creating and managing proper cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential • SharePoint Online site design experience a plus • Design and implementation of business process workflows • Project Management experience a plus. • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years experience.
