Description

• As a Business Application Analyst, support administration and solution design for applications. • Provide support for business users on enterprise-level applications including M365 and CRM. • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Collaborate with resources to ensure design requirements reflect defined business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work with M365 Power Platform, SharePoint Online • Must have experience with requirements analysis interacting with business users to define clear scope, and creating and managing proper cross-functional teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve application design considerations and technical issues • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential • SharePoint Online site design experience a plus • Design and implementation of business process workflows • Project Management experience a plus. • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field, and 3+ years experience.
