• Vytalize Health is a leading value-based care platform assisting independent physicians • Seeking a highly skilled Medical Economics Analyst with at least 3 years in value-based care • Role crucial for driving strategic decisions through economic analysis and data-driven insights • Position involves developing performance reports, tracking program outcomes, and presenting data clearly • Requires collaboration to optimize healthcare solutions and analyze value for shared savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, economics, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare • 3+ years of experience in healthcare economics, data analysis, and program management • Knowledge of CMS MSSP and ACO Reach programs and other value-based payment models • Experience working with healthcare data, including claims data and electronic health records • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistical analysis and modeling • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and findings to a variety of stakeholders • Team-oriented with a growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
