Description

• We’re UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday System Analyst to join our People Operations Team • You will play a crucial role in aligning HR technology with business needs • Support a comprehensive Workday system • Oversee the administration of Workday • Ensure data quality and integrity by adhering to data architecture and governance models • Produce comprehensive documentation, lead change management processes • Manage bi-annual Workday releases • Provide end user support and training • Leverage Workday analytics and other People tools to provide insights for business partners

Requirements

• Maintains strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive, confidential information • Proficient with Google Drive or related software • Post-implementation experience with Workday, including intermediate to advanced experience in core Workday concepts and configuration • Experience managing multiple Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Data Analytics • Experience supporting security and compliance audits, such as SOC, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, etc. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Human Resource programs, policies and procedures • Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred. Workday Pro certification is a plus.
