📋 Description

• HappyRobot is a platform to build and deploy AI workers that automate communication. • Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls, email, messages. • We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. • Looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. • Play a key role in driving our company’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting. • Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with CRM tools. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. • Founder Mindset - You're here for a reason and ready to take risks for something unknown. • Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
