📋 Description
• Seeking an idea-generating, solutions-oriented agency leader for Client Engagement • Operates at a senior level planning, coordinating, and directing advertising campaigns • Responsible for strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing programs • Supervises creative development to ensure quality standards are met • Acts as primary team interface with client product directors • Leads and supervises all activities between agency departments
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment • Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Occasional travel may be required
