• Working collaboratively with the Executive Director, HCSC Vertical Lead • Responsible for guiding a team of dedicated resources to drive high customer retention • Building strong client relationships and fostering collaboration across teams • Overseeing client management communication and alignment • Providing leadership and support in project plans and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree • 7+ years of insurance industry experience • 5+ years Client Management or related experience • Keen understanding of Health Benefits business strategy • Project Management skills: prioritizes process, establishes and meets deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills; builds rapport and uses diplomacy • High degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail • Cross Functional Team Building skills • Self-motivated; makes things happen and completes tasks • Decisive and reliable working style • PC literacy/Microsoft office
