• Senior Medicare Client Manager responsible for client relationships and service delivery • Implements solutions and resolves issues related to Health Benefits products • Mentors and supports other client managers
Requirements
• 5 years previous experience within Medicare Client Management and/or related TPA or insurance environment • Pennsylvania State insurance license required or obtained within 90 days from date of hire • Results oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to interact with senior level executives • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; stop loss understanding a plus • Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.) • Excellent presentation skills • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, mathematical ability, and time management skills • Ability to assess and mentor team members
