• Responsible for the overall relationship with the client • Work directly with sales executives during finalist presentations • Maintain senior management level contact with client’s Benefits, Human Resources, and Financial staff • Responsible for service delivery of Health Benefits products and services • Charge with retaining and growing assigned book of business

Requirements

• 5 years previous experience within Medicare Client Management and/or in a similar TPA or insurance environment • Pennsylvania State insurance license required or obtained within 90 days from date of hire • Results oriented and self-motivated • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to interact with senior level executives • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; • Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.) • Excellent presentation skills • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision-making skills • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability, and time management skills • Ability to assess and mentor team members to maximize team success and growth • Ability to travel is required
