• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on business development or account management in IT consulting or technology solutions, specifically within the high-tech sector. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high-tech clients. • Experience working with major tech companies (e.g., Meta, NerdWallet, Google, TikTok) is highly desirable. • Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to align Solvd’s AI, cloud, and digital transformation services to the needs of high-tech companies. • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and digital transformation trends in the high-tech industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to solving business challenges. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including delivery and technical experts, to ensure successful outcomes for clients. • Highly organized, with experience managing complex sales pipelines, account plans, and CRM systems.
