• POSITION: National Client Manager – Building Assessment, Equity Services • LOCATION: Flexible, nationwide • AEI Consultants has a new opportunity for an experienced National Client Manager/Senior Reviewer. • Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate consulting.

Requirements

• Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) required • Previous experience performing and reviewing Equity projects preferred • Experience with various property types required • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines preferred • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels • Willingness to travel if necessary • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work independently under strict deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat • Significant design and/or construction experience • Experience in construction management preferred • Experience with managing various vendors and sub-contractors a plus • Bidding and project cost estimation experience
