Description

β€’ As a senior sales executive at Zaelab, focus on acquiring new logos and managing client relationships. β€’ Identify and target potential new customers in manufacturing, life sciences, and high tech. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth goals. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. β€’ Work closely with Practice Leads to meet client needs and create compelling sales propositions. β€’ Update Hubspot with pipeline updates and bookings forecast. β€’ Lead, qualify, and close new logos, owning the end-to-end sales process.

Requirements

β€’ Proven Excellence: 10+ years of high-performance sales experience, particularly in consultative solutions for enterprise customers. β€’ Strategic Insight: 5+ years managing large accounts within digital, e-commerce, management consulting, or complex systems integration solutions. β€’ Analytical Precision: Strong data-driven selling experience with a track record of using sales processes and analytics to achieve predictable revenue. β€’ Relentless Drive: An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and motivation, eager to take on challenges and relentlessly pursue objectives. β€’ Inquisitive Mind: A natural curiosity, demonstrated by your ability to ask insightful questions and listen deeply to understand client needs. β€’ Problem Solver: Enjoy solving business problems for our clients through creativity, resourcefulness and aligning Zaelab services to support solving these problems, through win-win partnerships. β€’ Domain Expertise: Desired experience in Commerce, CPQ, Guided-Selling, PIM/PCM/MDM, Search, Web Analytics, UX, and related fields. β€’ Communication Mastery: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to a wide range of audiences. β€’ Independent & Proactive: Self-motivated and assertive, capable of reacting quickly, assessing situations, and resolving issues with creativity and professionalism. β€’ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Hubspot to manage sales and accounts effectively.
