Description

• Design, build, manage and modernize mission-critical technology systems • Drive proactive account growth and maintain customer relationships • Identify and qualify new opportunities for growth • Lead account strategies with a focus on customer success • Collaborate with sales team to execute account management process

Requirements

• 5+ years experience running account P&L • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices • 10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks • Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (preferred) • Sales experience in technical solutions (preferred)
