β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building trust and credibility β’ Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide consultative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention β’ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure customer needs are met β’ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion β’ Provide regular reports and updates on account activities, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management β’ Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to build networks and promote our products and services β’ Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
β’ Prior experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager within the Chemistry or Diagnostics industry β’ Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts β’ Strong knowledge of chemistry and diagnostic products and services β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders β’ Ability to understand and articulate technical information to non-technical audiences β’ Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines β’ Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
