ā€¢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building trust and credibility ā€¢ Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide consultative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention ā€¢ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services ā€¢ Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure customer needs are met ā€¢ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion ā€¢ Provide regular reports and updates on account activities, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management ā€¢ Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to build networks and promote our products and services ā€¢ Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements

ā€¢ Prior experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager within the Chemistry or Diagnostics industry ā€¢ Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts ā€¢ Strong knowledge of chemistry and diagnostic products and services ā€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders ā€¢ Ability to understand and articulate technical information to non-technical audiences ā€¢ Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth ā€¢ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines ā€¢ Fluency in English and German is required, additional languages are a plus ā€¢ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
