• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of our digital solutions. • Identify and target potential clients within various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings to meet those needs. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our digital solutions. • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the business development team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles within the digital solutions industry. • Proven track record of driving strategic growth, expanding client base, and achieving revenue targets. • Strong network of contacts within various industries, including healthcare, finance, and retail. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders. • Experience leading and managing a business development team, with a focus on driving performance and achieving results. • Ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and differentiate our offerings. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
