• Support HR processes including recruitment and onboarding • Manage recruitment administration • Maintain employee records and compliance • Assist in benefits administration and payroll coordination • Coordinate HR communications and initiatives • Manage HR systems and track metrics • Provide IT support for new hires • Assist in IT training sessions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of professional experience in administrative/shared services support role • Strong IT skills • Experience with an international/global workforce • Ability to handle sensitive information • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Fluency in written and spoken English • Familiarity with HR systems and processes
