• Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. • Our award-winning websites, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and AI-powered mobile platform empower real estate professionals to grow their business, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. • Trusted by over 60,000 real estate professionals, including 31 of the nation’s 100 top-performing agents as published in the Wall Street Journal, Luxury Presence continues to set the standard for innovation and excellence in real estate technology. • We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our accounting practices. • Our small but high-performing accounting team is embarking on an exciting, multi-year, finance transformation journey, starting with the implementation of a new ERP system. • This role will report directly to the Controller and offers a unique opportunity to bring deep technical expertise to our team while serving as a strategic thought partner in shaping the future of our financial operations. • We’re looking for someone who can build and enhance processes, policies, and controls, has a knack for systems, and thrives in a project-oriented environment. • As the Assistant Controller, you’ll also collaborate closely with our GTM teams to understand new revenue streams coming down the pipeline and ensure they’re accounted for accurately– you will be our resident ASC 606 expert. • If you’re ready to make a significant impact and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA strongly preferred • 8+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in audit at a Big 4 or similar firm • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company is preferred • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Intacct preferred) and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize financial processes, policies, and controls • A collaborative leader with strong coaching and mentorship skills that can foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis on large data sets • Pre- and post-IPO experience is a strong plus, with a focus on uplifting processes and building net new activities, automation, and process improvement
