Requirements
• 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms. • Managed a large book of clients in-house or at an agency • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing campaign data to draw actionable insights and optimize performance. • A technical understanding of ad tracking technologies, including how to set up and analyze conversion tracking and end-to-end results • In-depth understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and personal development. • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and user experience. • Advanced knowledge of various digital marketing frameworks and an appetite to continually test and learn. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
