Description

• Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for WHMCS, with a focus on improving automation, billing, and management for hosting companies and adjacent markets. • Develop and own the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and key results. • Drive product innovation through competitive analysis, market research, and deep understanding of customer needs, identifying new opportunities for growth and product expansion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Sales, Product Marketing, and Support) to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, epics, and user stories. • Act as the voice of the customer, conducting high-level stakeholder meetings, gathering feedback, and ensuring the product continuously evolves to meet customer needs. • Mentor other Product Managers, fostering collaboration and promoting a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning. • Maintain a deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape and industry trends, positioning WHMCS to stay competitive and relevant. • Build strong relationships with key partners and external stakeholders, driving product adoption and market presence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience with eCommerce platforms, billing systems, or SaaS products. • 3+ years of experience leading product teams or managing cross-functional initiatives in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record of delivering successful eCommerce or billing-related solutions for a global customer base. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform product strategy. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. • A passion for customer-centric product development and the ability to foster a culture of innovation.
