📋 Description

• Lynker Corporation is a leading provider of innovative solutions in weather and climate science. • The Proposal Director is responsible for leading the development and management of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals, quotations, bids, and sources sought. • This individual will oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company growth strategies and compliance with federal acquisition regulations. • The Proposal Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive proposal efficiency and success. • Duties include managing proposal schedules, establishing compliance, ensuring effective team coordination, and overseeing content development. • Support strategic analysis and growth activities alongside core proposal responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related technical field relevant to Lynker’s core competencies. • Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in federal proposal development and management, preferably within a government contracting environment. • Strong knowledge of the federal procurement process, including FAR and DFARS regulations. • Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams and managing large, complex proposals with general adherence to the Shipley framework. • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences. • Proficiency with proposal management tools such as SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal automation software. • Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
